REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Registration is open for fall baseball and softball! All players who register will be placed on a waitlist until we now for certain that we will be able to move forward with the season, and no registration fee will be collected at this time. The plan right now is to offer teams in every division:

T-Ball and Softball T-Ball (league age 4-5) $40

Coach Pitch Baseball (league age 6) and Softball (league age 6-7) $40

Rookie Baseball (league age 7-8) $50

10U Minor Baseball (league age 9-10) and Softball (league age 8-10) $50

12U Major Baseball and Softball (league age 11-12) $50

Babe Ruth Baseball (league age 13-15) and Softball (league age 13-18) $50

*league age is determined by the Spring 2021 season

If you opted for a credit from the spring season, that dollar amount is currently in your account. You can choose to use it for the fall, or save it for the Spring 2021 season. If your child plays in the fall, the difference will be available for the spring.

There will be 2 weeks of three practices each week (T-Ball and Softball T-Ball will practice 2 days per week), beginning August 24, followed by a practice and game each week. Each team will play a total of 10 games. Depending on the number of players and coaches registered, and Charles County guidelines, we may decide to run clinics for certain divisions.

Once registration is closed and we get final numbers, we’ll confirm each player still wants to participate.

Listed below are the current county guidelines that CCYL must follow:

No group may exceed 25 individuals

Individuals shall maintain 6’ of physical distance

Limit all activities to avoid contact

Manager/Coach shall wear face coverings

Frequently clean and disinfect equipment and gear, and all high touch surfaces per CDC guidelines

Parents/guardians and family can attend practices, trainings and scrimmages but should ensure that proper social distancing is maintained.

Restrict team huddles, high fives, and handshakes or other close contact activities

Each participant and Coach should have hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, or similar disinfectant readily available for use at the end of each scheduled practice.
